Return and Refund Policy
At Flower Hut and Gifts, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and some gift items, we’ve established the following return and refund policy to provide clarity and support:
1. Fresh Flowers
Non-Refundable: As flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
Damaged or Poor Quality: If the flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund upon review of the issue.
Conditions for Replacement/Refund:
Clear photos of the flowers showing the issue must be provided.
The original packaging must be retained for inspection if required.
2. Gifts (Chocolates, Wine, etc.)
Non-Perishable Items: Gifts like wine, chocolates, or other non-perishable items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of delivery, we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee a refund as preparations may have already begun.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once approved.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.
